running homework - NO WAY!!

ok - so it has started PROPERLY with the very impressive Kim Inglebury@kiminglebury - my very own marathon trainer - how excellent is that? She's funny, gorgeous and slim. This is NOT helping my postive self body image!!


It started with some stretches - all good. Apparantley my right big toe doesn't connect with the floor, my knees twist in and we need to sort it. This running lark is very scientific!! I thought Forest just ran and ran.


We did so some running - it was ok. We're working on technique to avoid injury and I've been set some homework:
purchase a no bounce / strap the puppies down running bra
book myself on the Bath half marathon
drink more water
there was something else but i'm too modest to share :)


Going to Cornwall this weekend - gonna try running on the beach - with the tide out

  1. Try coconut water, loads of potassium and great for hydration, plus the actual water. Yummy
